Carrot, Lemon, and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 4-5 average sized Carrots
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim carrots and lemon ends off.  Cut lemon in slices  Push carrots, lemon and ginger through juicer.  Strain juice two times and store in refrigerator in a glass pitcher or mason jar.
